GROUPE IDEC INVEST ACCOMPLISHES ITS FIRST PROJECT WITH BUREAUX & CO IN SAINT HERBLAIN (44)

With 12 co-working spaces already launched in some ten towns around France, BUREAUX & CO today manages more than 16,500 sq.m of collaborative spaces. Concerning its real estate stock, BUREAUX & CO relies on the expertise and know-how of GROUPE IDEC INVEST, which allows it to focus on its core business: fitting out and managing shared working spaces. GROUPE IDEC INVEST therefore helps BUREAUX & CO to identify building plots or existing buildings requiring refurbishment, finance real estate projects, and also takes charge of steering refurbishment or the construction of new buildings.

This first collaboration allows us to demonstrate our respective areas of know-how.” It is a building that already existed that was chosen to accomplish this first project in Saint-Herblain (44). Le Calypso represents 3,000 sq.m spread over five levels and is located in a fast-growing business park, which should soon be accessible by tram from Nantes. The floors have been re-organised and re-partitioned to ensure a better control over the space, and this refurbishment meets the latest energy standards.”

Lionel MARY, CEO, GROUPE IDEC INVEST explains: “We share the same vision as BUREAUX & CO concerning what we must achieve and the standards we must meet, and I think that Le Calypso perfectly embodies our partnership and will meet the needs of its future users.” The building will house co-working spaces, some forty offices, both private and flexoffices. There will also be four meeting rooms available in a bright, warm atmosphere. Additional services are proposed: phone-boxes, a sports room and even a restaurant service to meet the demand and propose real living spaces. Le Calypso is open not only to its residents but also to people from outside who can come for an event, workshop or an afterwork session.

This building in Saint-Herblain has a rooftop. This will be a green space with plenty of plants and brought up-to-date with a bit of street art. Nordine EL OUACHMI, President of BUREAUX & CO adds: “A call for tenders will be launched shortly to find the artist who will create this artwork.”
