REINVENTED AND DECARBONISED URBAN LOGISTICS GROUPE IDEC INVEST actively backs FLUDIS and its 100% electric warehouse-barge concept designed to ensure emission-free deliveries to urban centres. This project - with its first barge already in service in Paris - aims to revolutionise last-kilometre logistics by putting in place complete decarbonised infrastructures making it possible to relieve congestion in major urban areas. GROUPE IDEC INVEST was won over by this sustainable initiative and by the interest of this additional service for logistics and industrial companies.

VIRTUOUS AND SECURE DATA STORAGE With acknowledged institutional partners, GROUPE IDEC INVEST has taken a stake in the capital of THESEE, a company that is committed to proposing secure, 100% French data storage with an innovative energy aspect. Their first new-generation Data Center consuming nearly 35% less energy is currently being built, before the construction of a complete campus comprising six structures. GROUPE IDEC INVEST is committed to supporting French data sovereignty and building facilities perfectly integrated in their environment.

BATTERY PRODUCTION MADE IN FRANCE In the framework of its shareholdings, GROUPE IDEC INVEST has taken a stake in VERKOR, a company that wants to develop a Gigafactory in France to produce batteries for electric cars. This project, which is in line with GROUPE IDEC’s virtuous approach, turned towards the use of green power, is aiming for an initial capacity of 16 GWh, increasing to 50 GWh as demand grows. This XXL factory, whose development and construction will be entrusted to GROUPE IDEC teams should come into service in about 2022-2023.

CO-WORKING SPACES TO MEET THE CHANGES IN THE WORLD OF WORK GROUPE IDEC INVEST and BUREAUX & CO are joining forces to reinvent working spaces promoting social and societal dynamics in the heart of cities. Choice locations, refined architecture and attractive interior spaces, those are the guiding principles of the projects developed by the two partners. The sharing and pooling of equipment and services will also be at the heart of these spaces (crèches, concierge services, sports rooms, dining facilities).
